Cómo funciona

Empezar es muy sencillo. Póngase en contacto con nosotros y un miembro del equipo de Succession Alliance le concertará una llamada gratuita y confidencial para hablar sobre su situación y explicarle cómo funciona el proceso. No hay ningún compromiso ni presión. Si decide seguir adelante, le asignaremos uno de nuestros facilitadores autorizados —todos con experiencia trabajando con familias rurales y terratenientes— y programaremos la reunión en un horario y lugar que les convenga a usted y a su familia.

La Alianza para la Sucesión trabaja con una red de facilitadores acreditados, entre los que se incluyen The Rural Consultant Ltd, Andy Guy Consulting, Saviour Associates, Family Charter, Jo Speed, Matt Swain, Real Success Ltd y Becky Miles. Todos los facilitadores son seleccionados por su experiencia trabajando con familias agrícolas y rurales, y por su capacidad para crear un espacio constructivo cuando las conversaciones son difíciles.

As a CLA member, you can benefit from a 10% discount off the standard price for the Succession Alliance's Facilitated Family Meeting service which includes:

  • Pre-meeting conversations with key family members to explain the process, answer questions and put people at ease before the day itself.
  • A full Facilitated Family Meeting — up to a full day — attended by all family members and their partners or spouses.
  • A written report sent to all family members after the meeting, summarising the discussions and setting out the agreed actions, timescales and who is responsible for each.
