We’re provisionally holding the date for the 2nd International Succession Symposium, hosted by Michael Mack, Chair of the Succession Alliance. Following the success of our first global conversation, we’ll again bring together practitioners, researchers and on-farm voices from across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand to explore the realities of succession planning in farming today.
Succession is never just a transaction — it’s family, identity, fairness, purpose and the future of the farm. The Succession Alliance is therefore planning a second International Succession Symposium, hosted by Michael Mack, to continue an honest, practical, globally-informed conversation about what’s really happening on farms, and what’s changing.
